This form illustrates the different appearances of repeated grids depending on the following parameters:

Repetition over one vs. more rows
Full appearance vs. minimal appearance
Whether to show the repetition number or not
Modifiable vs. readonly grid
Use of HTML tables vs. CSS grids for rendering

With Form Builder, you can control the appearance, numbering, and readonly parameters in the Container Settings dialog. With Orbeon Forms 2022.1, Orbeon Forms uses CSS grids by default. This default can be changed using configuration properties.
